Transcend Holistic Wellness values diversity and inclusion and is committed to upholding the legal and ethical standards established in the Code of Alabama. We adhere to the following principles:

Diversity: We promote diversity in our staffing and project teams, acknowledging the rich composition of Alabama's population. (§41-16-72(8) and (9))  
Vendor Disclosure: We meet the mandatory Vendor Disclosure Statement requirement for all state contracts exceeding $5,000. (§41-16-82)  
Immigration Law: We fully comply with the Alabama Immigration Law and related federal regulations. (§31-13-1, et seq.)  
Anti-Boycott: We do not engage in and will refrain from any boycott of individuals or entities based in or conducting business with jurisdictions that maintain open trade with Alabama. (§41-16-5)
